Letters
We're using this letter feature a lot, but it is a bit feature-poor
a) It'd be nice if we could maintain seperate archives for difference types of letters, such that when we send the letter, it immediately goes to the proper archive
b) It'd be nice if we coudl determine whether the letter is private or public before sending. Associates sending messages via the site don't want anyone to see the messages, and this is problematic currently. As they send, they must immediatley go to the sent letter and make it associate only. (We're using the letters so that we can all see what's being sent out, maintain a record of the interaction with our membership -- very important in the process of creating a publication)
