An updated version of the book.php
Amazon-Overlay:
I have an updated version of the book.php overlay. I added another tag that allows to insert the Amazon-product-Id. When displayed it shows the links for amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.co.uk and amazon.com.
Note: if you have your own Amazon associate ID, please replace the current associate ID logosworldcom with yours. If you have nom own ID with amazon, leave it as is ... and I shall get the click-buy-boni
