Preferences on user profile [Intégré]
This seems like a bug to me: The preferences option is available at all times, to members and non-members.

I can't for the life of me figure why anyone but associates might be interested in what editor some member is using. I've had a couple of members ask me about it. It's a silly little thing, but folks notice it. If it's not a bug, then maybe it should be in the user control panel so we can have it invis or vis.
