Integrate htmlArea?

Would it be too hard to integrate someting like htmlArea in place of the current article/comment posting system?

Also are there any links to websites or something where I can download templates and modules for YACS? Does YACS allow you to create blocks like phpnuke and similar programs? I would like the ability to insert adsense and other banner server codes. Can the admin change the layout of YACS? Can the article author have a author profile embedded in the article somewhere with some brief info about them?

I have heard of this CMS before, but I've never really played around with it. From what I've seen so far, it looks really cool. I would like to use it for a new section on a website I am working on.
