A YACS Theme / Skin for our small company

Is there anyone who would be able/willing to provide me with a sample skin that has only 1 column?

I've been fiddling with the Skeleton skin but alas I'm not versed in PHP and only managed to loose stuff.

The only things we're interested in is adding the Date/Time in the header and the search box.

The login and menu to be completely removed.

Keep a small login field at the bottom next to powered by YACS etc.
