Problems with 2 YACS instances [Validated]

Error showing: The file shared/global.php has not been found. Please reinstall or mention home directory in file yacs.home or configure the YACS_HOME environment variable.

Problem is valid and may be repeated

When I manually ammend the URL I can reach the site but the skin is not applied.

Any idea what could be wrong on these sites:

http://home.sbv54.net/

http://simwar.sbv54.net/

The domain is pointing to the correct folder on the web server...

This has worked in the past and I actually didn't change anything (at least to my knowledge)
